01Who we are

REIUX is run by REIUX, based in San Francisco, California. These terms cover the REIUX website, the free monthly report, the Care plan and any Enterprise work. Questions: info@cyberhedz.com.

02Free plan

The free plan checks the public homepage of the website you give us once a month and emails you the results. Only sign up with an email address and website you're allowed to use.

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every report.

03Care plan and billing

Care costs $20 per month, plus any sales tax, billed in advance through Stripe. It renews each month until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from the billing page. Care then stops at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.

Care includes the small content updates described on our site. For us to make them, you give us access to your site or host it with us. Larger changes are quoted separately before any work starts.

We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before the new price applies.

04Enterprise work

New sites, migrations and other Enterprise work are agreed in a written quote covering scope, price and timing before we start. That quote takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

05Your content and ownership

You own your website content, images and domain. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you send us to publish, and for its accuracy.

When Enterprise work is paid in full, the code and design we made for your site are yours.

06What we don't promise

Our checks look at what's publicly visible on your homepage. They aren't a security audit, and they can miss problems. We don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, uptime or that a site can't be attacked.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

07Ending things

We may stop providing a plan to anyone who misuses it, for example by using the site check against sites they don't run, or by sending unlawful content to publish. We'll refund any unused prepaid time if we end a paid plan without cause.

08Changes and law

We'll post changes to these terms here and email paying subscribers about significant ones. These terms are governed by the laws of California.
