01What we collect

Free plan: your email address and website address.

Care plan: the above, plus your name and billing details. Stripe collects your card details; we never see or store your card number.

Quote form: what you type into it, such as your name, email, business name, website and message.

Site visits: anonymous page-view statistics from Vercel Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. Your IP address is used briefly to limit form spam and isn't stored with anything you send.

02The site check

When you check a website, we fetch its public homepage once and look at a few technical details. We don't store the page's content. If you sign up for reports, we save the website address so we can check it again each month.

03The “Ask me” chat

What you type into the chat is sent to AI models hosted by Groq to write replies. We don't store full conversations. Only the summary you confirm as an inquiry (your name, company, email and what you need) is emailed to us. Please don't share passwords or payment details in the chat.

04How we use it

To send your reports, run your Care plan, reply to quote requests and send receipts and service emails. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. You'll only get marketing from us if you ask for it.

05Who helps us

Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Upstash (our database), Groq (the chat's AI replies), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each only gets what it needs to do its job.

06How long we keep it

While you're subscribed, and for up to two years after you leave or last contact us, unless we have to keep billing records longer for tax reasons. Ask us to delete your information any time.

07Your choices

Unsubscribe from reports with the link in any report. Cancel Care from the billing page.
