Questions
What's in the free monthly report?
Once a month we check your homepage and email you what we found, in plain words: whether it loads securely over HTTPS, fits phone screens, has a search description, and whether it runs WordPress with its version showing. We don't log in to anything or store your site's content.
What counts as a small update on Care?
Things like changing opening hours, prices, a phone number, swapping a photo, or adding a short announcement. Care includes two a month. Bigger jobs, like a new page or a redesign, we'll quote first. To make updates, we need access to your site, or you can move it to us under Enterprise.
How do updates by text or voice memo work?
Send us what you'd like changed, however suits you: a text, an email, a voice memo, or a comment in a Google Doc or Microsoft 365 file. We make the change, check it on phone and desktop, publish it and reply with a link, usually within 2 business days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Care is month to month. Cancel from your billing page and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. You'll stay on the free monthly report unless you unsubscribe from that too.
How does billing work?
Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card number. You'll get a receipt each month, and you can update your card, download invoices or cancel from the billing page. There's no account or password to remember.
Will I lose my Google ranking if I leave WordPress?
Nobody can promise rankings, and any move can cause a short dip. What we do is protect what you've built: we keep your page addresses where we can, set up permanent (301) redirects where they change, carry over page titles, descriptions and images, submit the new sitemap to Google Search Console and watch for errors in the weeks after launch.
Is a site without WordPress more secure?
It removes a common route for attacks: outdated plugins and themes that need regular patching. A site with no plugins and no public login page has much less to keep up with. No website is risk-free, so we still keep everything updated and host on a reputable platform.
Who owns my site and domain?
You do. If we build or migrate your site, the domain is registered in your name, and the content, images and code are yours. New builds usually take 2–3 weeks and migrations 2–4 weeks. Questions? Email info@cyberhedz.com.
